In my 35 years living in the U.S., Dr. Fajardo and his entire practice have provided the best customer service I have ever experienced. From professionalism to genuine care, they go above and beyond in every aspect. Highly recommend!
I have been going to Dr. Fajardo’s office for a year. The office staff is excellent. I would like to commend PRINCESS .When I first decided to make Dr. Fajardo my primary physician she was instrumental in making sure all my paperwork was correct. I would especially like to thank Adrian, Maria and Princess and the rest of the staff, they always great me with smile . Priscilla is wonderful and is always willing to listen to my medical concerns . It is a pleasure going to this office
This has been my primary doctor for years. I recently started seeing the PA Priscilla and she’s great very thorough but the biggest shout out goes to the office staff they are very helpful and pleasant kudos to Alex - Adrian - Princess and the rest of the amazing staff
A big shout out to her competent and caring staff! Princess, Suly, and Adrian all make our lives as caregivers better, and help Dr. Fajardo to deliver 5-star care to our 92-year-old mother. (Additional to my original review of Dr. Fajardo.)
Dr. Fajardo is a solid find for a caring primary care doctor who has the experience to care for even the elderly, like my 91 year old mom. She also has the intelligence to hire wonderful staff, who go out of their way to help communicate with patient's family. Sometimes you are placed on hold but worth the wait. We are fortunate that she currently accepts our local insurance, Doctors Heathcare.
