We ordered kitchen cabinets in March 2025. The final shipment arrived in August of 2025 and was missing an end panel. The part arrived n August of 2025 but was damaged. Now we are being told it will be April of 2026 before it might arrive. Karin Ross has demonstrated no urgency to take care of us.
