I was told to call whenever I needed something or ask questions but when I did I was told to wait for my appointment to discuss my concern. Also she doesn’t keep up with my meds and when I try to explain my diagnosis to her she is very clueless. Bad experience will be looking for someone who actually knows what they’re doing and is professional.
The way my services have been handled through her has been some of the worst service that I have received anywhere. She automatically assumed that my significant other was a man, even though I never stated as such and referred to them using gender neutral pronouns (as they are non-binary). When I finally corrected her, there was no apology for the assumption or even acknowledgement of it.
