Very friendly staff . Went back shortly after appt time. Dr Maddox sat down, took her time and answered all my questions.
Dr Maddox is great but her staff is horrible. In my experience you won't find a more caring talented dr. I'm a previous patient of hers but I called at least 6 weeks ago to schedule an appointment. I asked how long does it take to get in to see her. I was told about a week. I said awesome! They said they would call me. After 2 weeks of not getting a call back, I called and was told my file was on the manager's desk and they would call me the next day. They didn't.
