Dr. Johansson was lovely, clearly knowledgeable, and took the time to address my questions. However, her receptionists are horrible! They are incredibly rude and disorganized. I witnessed it while I was in the waiting room hearing them talk to patients over the phone, I experienced first hand while trying to make an appointment and while asking for my own results. I will find a new doctor solely so I don't have to deal with them ever again.
