Working with Karin was an absolute gift! She sold my home with professionalism, care, and incredible attention to detail—but what truly sets her apart is how warm and compassionate she is. I cannot say enough good things about Karin. She has been with us for the last years trying to find the right home. She kept us informed on upcoming listings and worked hard to keep us in the price point we needed to be. She truly cares her clients and wants to help you find your dream home!

Karin is great. This was our first home and we didn’t know exactly what we wanted but she worked with us and we found a great house for us well under our budget. She was available at all times even when she was across the country in a different time zone. I can’t recommend Karin enough.

Karin Colozza is EXACTLY the kind of agent we needed when trying to sell our home. She is invested, timely, personable, and helped us every single step of the way. If you are looking for a real estate agent to make your move as stress free as possible, you will be in good hands with Karin!
