Not friendly, business-focused (not patient-focused), poor customer service. It is unfortunate, because based on Dr. Hirani’s website and marketing you would think it is a diamond in the rough. Also, she went to my alma mater, which turned out to be even more disappointing for me. The front desk was very disrespectful and flippant. Do not waste your time filling out the endless documents to get an appointment. You will be let down.
Recommended5 stars. I am truly impressed with Dr. Hirani and her caring/friendly staff. For months I went to doctor appointments with different doctors that left me with no answers, a dozen prescription medications, and the thought that feeling better was now only a distant memory. Stay away from these people.All they care about is money they don't care about your child or your financial situation and even if you no longer see them they will always try to charge your card on file.had high hope after watching all those video on YouTube but was very desapointed after .Go elsewhere.
Dr. Hirani is very talented and able to alleviate symptoms better than any other doctor i've used. My diagnoses was lyme disease and i had 4 years of treatment by other doctors with very little success. Dr. Hirani focused on my symptoms and bloodwork. She treated me and symptoms improved dramatically. Im grateful to have met her.
