On my first visit I had to wait over an hour in the exam room to discuss having a colonoscopy. I couldn't schedule the colonoscopy at that appt as their computers were down. They said they would call me to schedule it but no one did. Then, it was very difficult to schedule one as no one would return my calls. Finally, with the colonoscopy, I mistakenly thought the appt had been changed from 2:30 to 3 as another provider with "endo" in the name had sent me a text about an appt at 3. So, I arrived at 2:10.
