The Dr is nice, thorough and helpful. His office help is something else, I had a 9am appointment, showed up on time, waited 35 minutes, said something to the receptionist and she said “well, you are in a specialty office.” So she showed me to a room and said I would have to wait another 15 minutes. At that point, I left. My time is as important as the staff is. Until they realize that, I will find another Dr!
If I could give this place zero stars I would! Worst staff ever, doctor has zero bedside manners! I was refered to this doctor for my daughter who had an abnormal read on a EEG. Called set up an appointment and when we got there we waited over an hour in that time in the waiting room a staff member came out to inform me that only myself and my daughter could go back in the room. Terrible staff. The office workers are the rudest people ever. Will never go here or take anyone I know here ever again.
My husband has been going to Dr Fram for over 5 yrs now, Dr Fram wanted my husband to go see a orthopedic specialist, been trying to get it set up for 2 months! When I called...from begining to end of conversation a staff member was very rude! When I finally got rude back...I told her we was going to discuss with doctor at next appointment.
