I love the professional services provided by Mrs. Treasure at Karibbean Kinks! The salon has a peaceful vibe filled with great conversation and laughter. My locs are healthy and styled beautifully!

I was really excited to coming to this salon. Unfortunately the person that did my locs did not know what the heck they was doing. I want my locs rolled up in a style using pipe cleaners. I even showed her a picture but she overlapped my locs and it looked nothing like the picture. I'm totally disappointed. I really wanted to make this place my salon but it's back to the drawing board. Word of advice if a customer comes in and tell you she's looking for a new salon, make sure you do a good job so they will return.

Salon: Nice warm friendly environment. Everyone speaks to everyone. Never crowded. Love to support my people. Stylist: tiffany is gentle on my tender head. Knowledgeable about hair and not just styling. Friendly prompt

Karibbean Kinks is the best loc salon in the world! We’re so lucky to have them here in the DMV. Sherelle and her team are incredibly talented and reasonably priced for the quality of work. This is the ONLY place you need to go for loc maintenance- especially for special occasions. They can do any style you think of and they are constantly innovating! Book them and buy their products. You won’t be disappointed!
