I was here a couple of years ago. They provided the wrong info about my insurance renewal cycle and I was rushed to engage in procedures by the end of the year, wasting my insurance money that I thought would be gone by the end of year.

As someone with a phobia around dentistry I have struggled for years to find a place that I could go. The team here has been wonderful, and I continue to feel safe there even during the covid pandemic.

This is in response to the flippant and insensitive response from the business owner, Kari, that I received below. First of all, it’s unprofessional to mention other reviews a person has left online - review sites are one of the only accessible means of communication and leverage customers have in the modern era. I had my teeth cleaned by Sarah and she did a wonderful job! She was gentle, informative, and efficient. In the world of COVID, I felt very safe with the precautions Dr. Mann and her team are taking to keep her patients healthy and safe.

I am so lucky to have Kari Mann Dental Studio as my new dentist. I was very impressed how they treated me and how well Jennifer explained and took care of my dental needs. It was a blessing that I picked them blindly thru a list of qualified dentists that my insurance covered.
