It was the best provider that I've ever had, and that was completely due to the staff that worked there. They truly cared. They always dealt with so many, many people that came through their doors on a day to day basis. And there are so many doctor's offices out there where the office staff, the medical providers, and everyone in general burns out over that factor alone. I had an appointment with Kari Koster on October 1 through done first. She assured me that she would be sending my prescription to my pharmacy which was due on October 18. It is still not there and done first states that she is not responding to the request for her to send it. I suggest that you do not use her for psychiatry or an PN if she’s going to be working through done first. Highly disappointed I feel as this company she works for basically a stolen my money.
