If you are lucky to have Dr Kari Kansal during your surgery for any related reason in breast, you are in the best of hands. She listens and treats you as an equal and has a big heart for her patients. She cares and is very compassionate. I had a mastectomy done a few days ago and I was in good care with her and the staff at UCI. Thank you ever so much. By far the best hospital treatment I’ve ever experienced.
I was seen by Dr. Kansal at the Irvine facility. After meeting with several doctors at other facilities, Dr. Kansal made me feel heard. She was able to understand my concerns and helped me decide the best form of treatment specifically for me, rather than giving me the "SOC" response that I had recieved from other doctors. She was able to see me as a woman, a wife, a mother, grandmother, provider - not just a patient. The best doctor and the best staff! Dr. Kansal is simply amazing and I LOVE her proactive approach! LOVE being able to use MyChart for communication/documentation! They are extremely organized! Shout out to Veronica at the office! She is a GEM! Organized and responds to my MANY messages instantly!
