Terrible customer service, didn't follow up on promises. Sold me a piece of crap car that wouldn't even run 3 months later.

We had our Pontiac worked on by this company's auto shop over on hwy 99. They kept the engine cover after replacing the transmission, then claimed ignorance when I returned a few days later to retrieve it. I also asked him on this visit about the "new" rattling sound under the a/c unit. "Oh that's just a loose bolt or something rattling down there" Well thanks to Kurt at AA Auto in J.C., we were saved from our compressor exploding and leaving us stranded. This was the worst experience I have ever had purchasing a car. I payed $8500.00 ($5000.00 cash) for the motor to go out after 10,000 miles from a part that was supposedly fixed by Karhouse before I purchased it. I tried to seek a resolution with the dealership and was put off and ignored. I even requested information on the mechanic that originally replaced the part so I could follow-up myself since Karhouse was too busy. None of my calls were returned.
