Expensive, complicated, and their third party credentialing service is not competent. The best thing about it is Stripe, their customer service which I consistently had to call, and the prescribing platform. There are much cheaper, simpler, and effective competitors out there. Look before you leap.
Since they took over patient pop. I have found the service and support of the patient pop product to degrade significantly. Very difficult to get in touch with someone who can help. Our Facebook page has been a problem for months.
They got the worse customer service I have experienced. I call requesting the their mailing address for the EDI form and they put me on hold for more than 1 hour. I called again and information so basic as their mailing address is not part of their expertise. I was put on hold for the second time for more than 40 minutes. I have no desire to be put on hold for very long. Unacceptable
Do yourself a favor and never sign with Kareo or their new name TEBRA! They are absolutely the worst customer service you have ever ever and I mean ever dealt with. We have been trying to cancel our subscription for over a month and we literally cannot even cancel because no one gets back to us. We finally got an email from an account manager about a week ago which we responded to within 30 minutes and said we would like to move forward with cancellation, however, still waiting to hear a response for the process. While going through the presentation and being sold on the platform they didn’t mention that there is no app for the Mac, and I found out you have to use parallels to use it after we signed a contract. My onboarding coach didn’t have the instructions and was not helpful to show me the process again. This platform is a waste of money. The credentialing firm they partner with do not email status updates even if they are not able to proceed if they are missing information.
