I did not get to do my taxes here so I’m not adding a review towards that. Did not think she was professional because I set an appointment with her and when I got there the doors were locked with a note that she would be back in 30 minutes. Called her 3x and there was no answer. I understand that there are emergencies. She could’ve at least called back and said she was no longer available.
