As a newcomer to the area I went here to inquire about stylists good with blonde hair. the owner with red hair, Karen (approximately named) was washing a customers hair. she looked up as I walked in and had a bothered look on her face and asked “yes!?” I politely inquired if she had stylists she’d recommend for blonde hair color. she replied “ I’m busy and I’m the only one here.” I was shocked at the rudeness. the customer having her hair wash said to her “ I don’t mind you can take a moment”.
