I have been going to Karen's for years & have never had a problem, my two Shihtzu's, Petunia & Blossom, go here every six weeks for their haircut, & they board there every time we go out of town. I also take them there for doggie daycare a couple times a month & I drop them off & pick them up at random times, I have NEVER seen any thing but professionalism from these girls!! My dogs LOVE going here & they treat them like royalty!! I would recommend this business to everyone & dont believe all the nonsense, go & see for yours... read more

Horrible, horrible place. The work is sloppy and the groomers are trashy and smell of alcohol. The stench of this place is unbelievable.

I've been taking my 2 dogs to Karen's for almost 5 years and I have never had a bad experience. My girls always come home looking awesome and all tired out from playing! They have been groomed and boarded there many times. I love that they are NOT going to be in a cage all day! And as for the shop, yes sometimes it's a little dirty but nothing that you wouldn't expect in a place with so many animals. You girls are the best, thank you! I will always recommend you! :)

I have been taking my long-haired Shih Tzu, Harley, to KAREN'S for seven years now, ever since his first cut. The girls are so very sweet to Harley that he actually looks forward to visiting the groomers...not many dog owners can say that! Since Harley wears a full coat, I drop him off every 4 or 5 weeks for a bath and trim. He always comes home looking like a show dog and smelling delicious. Grooming prices are very reasonable. I recommend KAREN'S to all my dog lover friends. Just tell them "Harley sent me!"

I have 3 dogs and they have been going to Karens for many years for grooming and boarding, not to mention the occasional dog questions. Karens is the ONLY boarding facility that DOES NOT keep their dogs locked up in cages/runs 24/7. Yes they let the dogs run, yes it seems like chaos BUT the dogs LOVE it! I recommend Karens Pet Grooming to ALL my friends and family.

I take my 2 yr. old, 200 lb. Bull Mastiff, who's still a bit rambuncious, as well as my 3 yr. old, full of attitude Tabby cat to Karen's for grooming once a month, and I absolutely LOVE these girls!!! They are true animal lovers who can handle even the most wiley characters. My animals always come back to me looking and smelling wonderful, with a very pleasant disposition. I brought my dog in for a wash and a cut, I told the girl that I wanted them to shave her belly to get rid of the matted fur (along with other problem areas). When I got home and looked at her belly there was only one strip that was shaved, it looked like they took the clippers and just did one swipe up the side of her belly. This place is extremely dirty!!! They try to cover the smell of their shop by drowning it with burning insence and spraying air freshener constantly instead of CLEANING THE SHOP!! Im suprised that their not closed down by the health department yet! The workers here are very trashy and unprofessional. The dogs that are groomed here look very sloppy and chopped up. I ahve been there it is pretty nice comered to others! it is conveinent to it is letting kids come in and work and the are nice and clean and are very compasionate tworads the animals.
