I drive 45 minutes just to ensure Karen is the one to cut my hair. She is the most communicative barber/hairdresser that I have ever had. My hair is a nightmare, and I've never been able to go to a shop and point at a picture saying "I want that" without someone royally messing it up. Not Karen. Karen will work with you, will analyze how your hair falls, and will tell you flat out what can and cannot be done.
