I have been dealing with Karen's Kleaning since last October 2024. My cleaners are Susan and LIta and they are both excellent workers. They get a long really well and that is probably what makes them a good team. They are both punctual and pleasant and if for some reason they can't make it, they call and tell me. I have not been a long-term client and only needed a cleaning service every other week. Unfortunately, I will no longer continue to be one. I am the sole caregiver to three people in my home, which causes my days to be filled with appointments, treatments, etc. So caring for a 2-story house is challenging. I had a lovely first experience with Karen’s Kleaning. The ladies were professional and thorough with cleaning. As they arrived, they communicated their scope of work and confirmed it aligned with what I wanted or if they missed out anything. I especially liked this because they were easy to talk to, and it helped build trust. I will definitely book ongoing cleaning with this team. Thanks for the amazing job, ladies.
Karen’s Kleaning crew did an amazing job cleaning my house. The ladies were so pleasant and cheerful as they worked. They were extremely thorough and left my house spotless. I can’t wait to have them return!
The cleaners do a great job but I wish communication with the booking person (I believe Karen) was a lot better. Rescheduling is quite tough.
