Our Basset Hound has been having a blast here this week playing w the other doggies.. Gets a lot of play an exercise and comes home played out and relaxed!
Negative stars is more appropriate. They may be okay for grooming but don't trust your dogs there for daycare. Our little puppy was there for 5 hours on Halloween and was badly bitten. When my wife picked her up, our pup was scared but the Karen's K-9 worker put her in a Halloween costume that covered the bite bark and said, just keep the costume naturally hoping we'd pay and not notice the mark, which we did! When we discovered it, we had to call them...they never called to tell us what happened, never gave any information ... read more
My wife took our 2 month old lab puppy on Halloween for 5 hours of daycare. They took terrible care of her. She came home with a big bite mark on her abdomen and they had the nerve to not only not tell us about it but to try to cover it up with a Halloween costume -that was 'hers to keep' -no wonder as there was no disclosure, no calls, no information, no return calls, no apologies, nothing. Steph, at Karen's K-9, grooms our mini chocolate poodle Mokie. She is the best. Karen's K-9 really cares about the dogs and great service. I would not trust our poodle to anyone else.
Excellent Grooming. Great staff – Jackie the groomer is wonderful, her work is perfection! Our little Cairn is very fussy about who can touch her and she loves Jackie and races to the door to get in for her appointment. Prices are affordable. All of the staff is pleasant and helpful. The place always looks neat and clean and the dogs in day care appear contented and happy. They're in a nice supervised playground instead of cages. We've been very pleased with every experience we've had here.
Karens K9 Care – The grooming here is awesome the groomer is wonderful with the dogs and she makes prices that are everyone can afford she trys to get your pet in and out and always greats you with a smile.
