Wow... Words can not express how impressed with and how grateful my family is for this company. Within minutes of pulling into town for the first time ever my husband had to go to the ER. We couldn't even unload our moving truck. We directly pulled into Karen's on the way to the hospital. We were met in the parking lot with open arms and open hearts. We have been taking Max to Karen’s for years. Max loves it and so do we. The Canine Caretakers are amazing with all of their guests! Max has also been an overnighter and we are never concerned about his well-being or care. They really love � these dogs and treat them like “children” We LOVE � Karen’s
I have a 10 year old Husky that I have boarded here a few times and the staff remembers him and he loves to go there! My Husky tore his ligament in his back leg in July and my wife called to cancel a planned stay and the staff asked us to keep them informed! This was in July - when I dropped him off today the staff remembered what happened to him and were so thoughtful and really interested in how he was doing and holding up! We will not trust another place with our dog when we come to the Philadelphia area!
This was our first experience with boarding our dog and it was fantastic! Dakota didn't want to come home. My mind is completely at ease for any future stays. I know Dakota can't wait to go back.
