I grew up at Karen's Hallmark in Rocky River Ohio. I love the store and the things in the store to buy. BUT I had a bad experience with a Store Associate by the name of Quinn. After just making a purchase I forgot to ask about my membership and got back in the line and waited my turn and was very rudely told by Quinn I could not sign up until I purchased something else.
