I can't say anough things about Karen and her team. She did an amazing job when I vacated my apartment. She was so nice even help me load up some last minute things that the movers Left Behind. Not only did I get my deposit back the apartment management company wanted to know which cleaning service I used so they could hire her for other jobs. Karen went above and beyond. My apartment was spotless in 2 hours and she was one of the hardest working ppl I have ever met. Highly recommend and will hire her again!
Karen's Cleaning Services was nice at first but don't let that get you fool you. When I asked one area that hasn't been clean ( I have sent her the picture of the place exectly where it needed to be clean) she told me she had cleaned it, turns out she didn't and when I confronted her, she gave me bunch of excuses why she didn't cleaned it. Instead of apologize she gave me an attitude and rudely ask if I wanted a refund $15 out of $160 or come out to clean.
