I just picked up my girls after a week at Karen's and couldn't be happier. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Karen's to anyone. I was a little concerned leaving my older 12y/o but she did great! I now have a place to take them and have total peace of mind that they will be well taken care of.

I left my dog for 12 days at Karen‘s while I went out of town. When I returned, I was appalled at her lethargy, and how skeletal she was. I took her to her vet the next day where I learned she had lost one and a half pounds, and learned with lab work she was dehydrated. She does have a well-controlled kidney disease, I left explicit instructions for her care, and it’s possible she stopped eating and drinking due to missing me, but how could they not notice how bad she was getting? We have been using Karens Animal house daycare and boarding for many years. Have never had a bad experiance, and our dog loves the staff.

Our large 8 year olds were so happy staying here. They were not distressed one bit. The staff and facility is very welcoming.
