We've had more occasion to deal with realtors in recent years than I want to think about, but Karena was far and away the best. We had wanted to buy an older unit that had many issues. Karena took the lead in arranging inspectors and contacting the city about permitting issues. She also effectively dealt with the sellers in negotiations. It would be difficult to ask for more from a realtor. I would recommend her without hesitation.
