Nicole was amazing, made my experience they’re awesome. 10/10 customer service and manners.
Nicole our stylist was absolutely fantastic. We visited twice once for me and once for my friend one week apart. Each time Nicole was so pleasant to deal with and so knowledgeable on alterations and suggested changes to the dresses: She made us feel at ease, there was no rush and she was also super honest with her opinions. We thoroughly enjoyed our visit and she 100% made the difference. Thanks so much Nicole!!
I’m extremely disappointed with my experience with KWH. I chose KWH because of its reputation and the peace of mind of having my wedding dress altered in-house. My wedding is in February and I was originally advised to have my final fitting in January. Instead, I received an unexpected email in August giving me until the 10th of September to collect my unaltered gown due to the closure of their independent stores.
