I have been seeing Dr. Wies for quite awhile. She is a very concerned Dr. that listens to your concerns and assures you that either she can take care of it of sends you to a Dr.that can.

I have COVID and trying to get something, any therapeutic, sent to the pharmacy today has been in vain. I called first thing this morning, got a call back and was informed that she doesn't prescribe anything that isn't FDA approved. I was requesting hydroquinone. I was told if I didn't hear back today, that means a Zpac ( for the regular flu) would be called in. NOPE. Almost 6 pm and nothing. My experience with this doctor and office has been very weird!! I'm changing doctors!

SO UNPROFESSIONAL. Very uneasy experience while trying to get HHC help for both my parents (during COVID). Staff & Doctor seem to be uncaring and a bit rude during these extraodinary times we are living in. Cannot EVER get anyone to answer the phone, much less call back within a reasonable time frame. Wouldn't recommend this office to my worst enemy. Sad.. VERY SAD!! Undeserving of 1 star, but had to select a star only so this review would post.
