They were so easy to reach in an emergency, they answered my call immediately. It is a relief to know that I can count on them to always be there for me when I need them the most. I appreciated that they were still concerned about my health even after I left the office. They followed up with me after my appointment and everything. They never left me for an extended period of time and I never felt ignored.
