Karen is excellent, and I just loved having her as my provider! I know she took the time to review my chart before entering my exam room. I explained to the staff that I was not a new patient, but Karen already knew. She brought up items from my previous visit, which was almost three years ago. She is understanding and took time to answer my concerns about my mammogram that my PCP had not.
NP Karen Tam has been absolutely amazing to work with, she has handled me with the upmost care since the day she took over. She is extremely polite always willing to answer all my questions, doesn’t make you feel rushed at all. I feel like I’ve known her forever, I’m going to miss her tremendously! . Thank you Karen.
