Amazing experience once I was going through it but as soon as I purchased my home I realized I was being scammed.The house leaked from the kitchen,the bathroom and started falling apart after 9 months and then the roof started leaking, I found out that it was a 19 yr old roof that needed replacement before sale but she still sold it to us anyways.The windows have screws to keep them closed who does that?
