Unfortunately, our experience with this doctor was not positive. My child and I felt uncomfortable during the appointment, and the doctor’s communication style came across as dismissive and lacking empathy. She repeatedly tried to separate me from my daughter without explaining why, which felt inappropriate and undermined our trust. Dr Soren and all of her staff is absolutely incredible. Kind , welcoming and always makes me feel safe and cared about . Always takes her time with me and gives me answers and clarify . The nurses and ladies at the desk are also incredible . They are so helpful.
