I have been seeing Dr Karen since 2002 for adjustments (for a chronic condition with my back since age 11) ~ my back is in the best shape of my life and I am now in my 60's! She is very knowledgeable and has a wide range of modalities that she uses far beyond excellent chiropractic care. Dr. Karen has been seeing me for over a month now and already I've seen improvements. I'm no longer exhausted in the afternoons and my health is improving. I love how she uses Applied Kinesiology to determine exactly what's wrong...either structural, nutrition, or emotions - then fixes you by either a gentle chiropractic adjustment, NET techniques, or nutrition with AP. Dr. Shewmaker is an excellent listener and communicator. I never felt rushed or not taken care of. Her method of treatment is unique and professional. I have had amassing results and would referral anyone to see her. She is very gentle with her methods. I have been to a lot of medical practitioners and she is one of the best in my opinion. Her way to testing to make sure that the treatment is the best for you. Her prices are extremely reasonable and office hours convenient.
