Karen and her team were knowledgable, informative, and excellent guides in the sale of our home. We had a tight timeline to get the house ready to market. We had great guidance to detox the house, stage it, and price it so that it moved quickly with multiple offers coming in the first couple of days. She handled details of closing that made it very easy for us right to the very end. I am grateful and would recommend her services.
