Not knowing the background of the patient's personal background, there should not be hypodermic needles readily available in the patient's room out in the open, unlocked, and alone in the room. Never know who will take advantage of that opportunity.

I have experienced immediate care when I had a specific problem. Wonderful scheduling especially in emergencies. The enviornment here is accommendarting, pleansant, cleam and there is no short wait time. I fully trust the employees, PA's and Dr Harkaway. Ratine this a 10 in dermatology

the staff in your northfield office were extremely pleasant and very sweet, i was very pleased with my visit see you next year!!!
While waiting for Dr. Harkaway in the room, I could hear her unprofessional staff across the hall talking about the patients. After waiting 30 min, I felt the dr could've spent more time than the four minutes she gave me. The exam was a quick once-over look at me, not thorough by any means. She was ready to walk out the door, so I had to quickly voice my concerns, She stared, making me feel rushed, took a second look & brushed it off, telling me she'll see me in a year. I will not be back.
