Always a pleasure seeing Karen, she really hears me, gives a "safe space" feeling when needing to talk about thinga and overall is just very nice.
Absolutely. Exceptional experience! She took the time to really listen to me and get to know my concerns and address them head on right away! I'm so thankful for her!
She doesn’t deserve a star. She dislikes her job, speaks poorly about her patients, and complains about having to see them. I've reported her to HIPAA and Risk Management. All her assistants have quit because of her behavior; she seems to be a horrible person or narcissist. It's puzzling why she's in a field meant to care for people and how she maintains her license. Her license should be revoked. The office environment is terrible; they offer no support or assistance.
