Dr Karen Rude and the entire team is an utter delight! Very caring and thoughtful. Have never had a better experience with a dentist or their staff. Ever. She is very helpful, honest and explained everything in great detail and in a friendly manner. Highly recommend!
No loyalty to patients. Not willing to identify with there mistake..will not accept responsibility when the mistake is theirs. It’s true she has taken over another dentist practice but she does not accept responsibility. I guess she has too many patients and that’s her answer for not accepting responsibility.so I now have a new dentist. No loyalty no stars.i had to post one star so I could post. No stars.
