Super staff. Very helpful and friendly. Miss Ripley was very personable and very informative. Explained the how, what and why of all my bloodwork. Highly recommend!
I had to remove my initial review because after my first appointment things went straight south. Missed labs, not willing to use teleheath and lack of timely communication are serious concerns for me. I reached out to her three times and never heard back. She had staff call me. I would recommend using caution here.
There was a small miscommunication on my end and she handled it professionally and with full care in her heart.
