I want to thank Dr. Richardson and her assistant Maggie today, their generosity and kindness made me very comfortable and my extractions went very well! I give her a 10. And I Highly Recommend!
I’m a dental assistant and this office is horrible . The dental hygienist was rude. He was bothered that my sister came to sit in the room with me . He looked like he didn’t want to do his job . He was aggressive when he was cleaning my teeth. I felt like he didn’t do a good job of cleaning my teeth it seemed too fast. The room was dirty and dusty . Staff is very unprofessional. The dental hygienist didn’t name me feel comfortable at all . I felt like they didn’t care about me .

WOW... this establishment is a piece of work...very stressful and challenging ... regarding my last visit 5/2/2018... processing machine was inoperable and I was unable to pay the $50 fee that was due... 5/3 /18 I called PHC for an invoice; I REC'D a $141.00 bill,,, now what...I guess I'm helping pay for a new check processing machine
