I purchased an Acura Integra at another location, but brought my car here for service. I had an issue with my hood latch and sensor. The team ordered the part, and had me come back to fix the issue a few days later. They were pleasant, efficient, and had me in and out in a timely manner. I'd come here for any service I need.
Please explain why Karen Radley's Service Department is still functioning in the 19th century. Each time I take my car in for services, I'm left in a state of limbo. I'm told there's no service available because they're awaiting a rental car for return, a person needs to be certified to deal with the concern, or the facility needs to be updated and upgraded. I always have a great experience when I come here for maintenance. This last time I ended up buying a new car and dealing with Lewis in sales and that was also a great experience! He was there throughout every step of the process and actually kept his word on anything we discussed unlike a lot of salesmen. Even after I left some items at the dealership he stayed in touch with me and held on to my things until I was able to come back and get them. He was very personable and easy to speak to. Ask for Lewis when you go!
