I had the most ridiculous, unprofessional experience with Dr. Maser today. I went in for a biopsy and as I was waiting in the exam room, Dr. Mazer attempted to log herself into her office computer system. She couldn’t. After several attempts, she started calling herself stupid and cursing. She left the room briefly, I assume to double check her user name and password. If you are considering to start seeing Dr. Maser, please re-consider your decision. Here is why. My previous OB&GYN doctor retired in Apr 2024. I looked around and found Dr. Maser and scheduled my 1st appointment with her in May 2024. I waited for over an hour in the office for my 1st appointment. When I asked her assistant how much longer I need to wait, I was told about another hour since they were running behind. I told her I'd like to reschedule as I didn't want to wait for more than 2 hours for my appointment. So, they ... read more
