Karen is an excellent realtor. She is the most attentive and thorough realtor I have ever worked with.
This is the second transaction I have worked on with Karen. She is wonderful! The first transaction was vacant land and she brought her sneakers and hiked up some very jungle like parcels with me. Finding property lines in thick trees and brush. The second was a condo and she was great about communication, timelines and overall advice. Highly recommend her!
I can't emphasize enough how much you want Karen alongside you as you look (and buy!) property in the Roaring Fork Valley! She both takes her work as your agent and advocate tremendously seriously, bringing great skill to assessing your needs/desires while navigating the current inventory, but she is also an incredibly human, caring and authentic realtor/being!
