Never hire this realtor to represent you! I made that mistake and literally everything that came out of her mouth was a lie! Her broker was the listing agent and she allowed her to cut our water off during our final walk thru one hour before closing! She said she knew the owner of the property and then when we confronted her about the owner lying about having a septic system she then admitted she didn’t know the owner at all.
