We absolutely love Dr Ortiz. She’s very thorough and personable. Our only note is that we waited almost an hour after our scheduled appointment time to see her. She is definitely worth the wait.
Dr. Ortiz Cruz is the best! So caring and genuinely interested in listening to her patients to be clear on what they need. I would definitely recommend her to anyone looking for a caring, smart and genuine physician.

The bestest Doctor ever. Thorough, friendly and knowledgeable!
She was over 1 hr late for my appointment. She is nice but did not apologize for the delay and asked similar questions over and over again. Ordered labs for in office and out of office and now have a follow up in a month to do it all again.
