Cannot find a fault with the way this team operates. Extremely punctual, listen well, explain what they are about to do, ask questions, friendly, and perform excellent work. After that, they go to great lengths on your behalf, to make certain the billing and insurance commitments are worked out correctly and all is accurate.
I felt like Dr. Nelson and his staff discussed my dental health and what they thought we could accomplish together to keep my teeth where they are. He didn't tell me what I would do but gave me options and listened to my opinion. I'll be back.

Excellent. Dr. Hein is A wonderful dentist. He did a great job,explaining what was going on with my teeth. He gave me some hope of getting some of my space between my teeth taken care of, unlike other dentists,without an orthodontist. Also, the girl that cleaned my teeth, did a fantastic job.
