Dr. Nelson & her staff are always so helpful! They help me manage my hearing issues very well.
I was having some issues with my hearing aids and Dr. Nelson and staff we very understanding in helping me find solutions. They took the time to listen, to help me understand more about the devices and to use them. Dr. Nelson found a potential technical issue and worked amazingly quick to diagnose and provide a replacement while the device is fixed. So very patient and kind in the process. Highly recommend her and her office.
