"forgot" to send in antibiotics on a 5.5 month old who was discharged from the ER the day prior, RSV and ear infections.....when trying to reach someone by phone, unanswered, then at 5 the calls drop off the face and disconnects the patient. Office manager said we should of called, i explained that my daughter did, x 2, so she says "you should of sent a portal message". No apology.
