Quality of work was good. I don’t care for the no check in process. First appointment stylist was late. Second she completely forgot I was there, with a confirmed automated appointment. Fifteen minutes later, nothing. No follow up after, just a double booking and zero communication after she noticed me sitting there. She most likely didn’t remember me from the first appointment. Lea is the best. She is great with blonde hair and I have been going to her for years. She is great!!
Victoria bond messed up my hair so bad. I showed her a picture of what i wanted and she totally changed the style. I specifically said I wanted to keep my length and she cut so much more and now my hair is way shorter than what i wanted. Everyone i showed said it was choppy and too short.
