The quality of this item is terrible. It broke within two days of use. The materials feel cheap and very plastic. I paid a premium price for junk. Customer service refused to offer a refund. They blamed me for the structural failure. Absolute garbage from a dishonest company.

Shipping took over a month to arrive. They promised three-day delivery on site. Tracking numbers never updated the entire time. When it got here, it was wrong. I received a completely different colored item. Returning it costs more than the product. Do not trust their shipping estimates ever. ​
