We just closed on the second transaction in 5 years with Karen. It would be impossible to overstate how helpful she is. From the very beginning to very end of both engagements, Karen was only and always clear, attentive, positive, accessible and thoughtful. Karen was a wonderful help in selling our Rocky Mountain property. Her connections and professionalism helped in making the whole experience quick and easy. She does what you want and lets you run the show but is there for assistance and worthwhile suggestions when needed. I would certainly recommend her.
